Fall is the perfect season to make a real difference in our local natural areas—and we need your help. Invasive shrubs like buckthorn and autumn olive are crowding out native plants, but together, we can restore balance to these ecosystems.

Join us for a hands-on stewardship event where we’ll be removing these persistent invaders using hand saws and loppers. Every shrub we clear creates space for native species to thrive again.

Come prepared for the outdoors—sturdy, waterproof footwear, long pants, and long sleeves are recommended. Bring your favorite gardening gloves if you have them, and we’ll take care of the rest with tools, extra gloves, and refreshments provided.
