Bruce Robinson

After retiring from his Vice President-Treasurer position at PulteGroup, Inc. in February 2017, Bruce joined Michael P. Kahn & Associates in April 2017.

For the last 20+ years, Bruce has evaluated numerous acquisition opportunities in the homebuilding industry. He has been the primary or key transaction negotiator in over $5 billion of homebuilding and homebuilding service industry acquisitions.

During his 28-year career at PulteGroup, Bruce was responsible for over $6 billion of long-term debt placements including $1 billion of 30-year bonds and the homebuilding industry’s only 40-year bond issuance. Bruce has also placed well over $10 billion of revolving credit facilities during his career.

Bruce holds a B.S. degree in Accounting and a M.S. degree in Corporate Finance. He also holds CFM and CMA professional designations.
