Our Adventure League season kick-off event is a guided paddle excursion through St. John’s Marsh Wildlife Refuge on Saturday, April 21 at 10:00 am. Guides from Simple Adventures and Ducks Unlimited will discuss the Refuge’s wildlife, and we’ll have lots of opportunities to spot waterfowl, wildlife, and early wildflowers.

This is a beginner- to intermediate-level paddle on sheltered flat water. We’ll be paddling 5 miles, and the estimated length of the trip is between 3 and 4 hours. Put-in is at the DNR launch on M-29 in Clay Township.
