Join Six Rivers at Cranberry Lake Park for a garlic mustard pull! Garlic mustard (Alliaria petiolata) and dame’s rocket (Hesperis matronalis) spread aggressively through natural areas, pushing out the native plants that wildlife need. We need your help to remove these invasive plants from our natural areas! Pulls will be postponed or cancelled if steady rain or thunderstorms. It’s fun, easy work, and we provide tools and refreshments. Sturdy and waterproof footwear are recommended. Call or email Ian Ableson, Stewardship Technician, at 248.601.2816 or iableson@sixriversrlc.org to sign up for this event or with questions.
