Be a part of the Six Rivers Stew Crew by volunteering for at our Golden Preserve for Biological Diversity Stewardship Workday! Spring is a great time to tackle garlic mustard and dame’s rocket, invasive species that can spread quickly in a short period of time. Join us for a garlic mustard pull at Golden Preserve or at one of our other May StewDays, and help us preserve the Nature Near You!

Invasive species spread aggressively through natural areas, pushing out the native plants that wildlife need. We need your help to remove these invasive plants from our natural areas! StewDays will be postponed or cancelled if steady rain or thunderstorms are present. It’s fun and easy, and we provide tools and refreshments. Sturdy waterproof footwear recommended.
